What is your processing time?

Our processing time is 5-7 business days, however, we strive to have them shipped a lot sooner but we like to give ourselves the extra buffer. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 

What do I do if my package has been lost or damaged?

If your package has been lost or damaged, please reach out to us at WildHoneyCutters@gmail.com with your order # as the subject and we will help to resolve immediately. 

Do you offer custom orders?

We do not offer custom cutters at this time. We can always resize a cutter to your liking. 

What do I do if the clay is sticking to the cutter?

Always work on a glossy tile or glass surface. Make sure to roll the clay on the surface, ensuring it is stuck, and lightly coat with cornstarch before pressing into the clay.

How do I clean the cutters?

Alcohol will remove any clay or color from the cutters
