Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges may be done at any point within a year of original sale. The buyer is responsible for the shipping label. Seller will issue a coupon & the buyer will be able to select the item that they want and they will only be charged for the shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to shipment. If the item has already shipped, the buyer may be refunded for the items once the items are returned. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Shipping 

We offer Standard, Priority, or Priority Express for domestic US or International. 

If your package is lost, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. We recommend contacting your local postal service for tracking issues.  

If the the package is lost, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim.
